How Deal Vow LLC, trading as Storyboard Media, collects, uses, and protects personal information.

1.Who we are (data controller)

The data controller for personal information collected through this website is Deal Vow LLC, trading as Storyboard Media ("Storyboard Media", "we", "us"). Storyboard Media operates from Paris, France and provides creator monetization and media growth services internationally, including across the United States, United Kingdom, France, and the United Arab Emirates.

2.How to contact us

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at asad@storyboardmedia.us. We are based in Paris, France.

3.Personal information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you submit. When you use our contact, consultation, creator-management, partnership, or eligibility forms, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, the type of enquiry, your message, and — for eligibility reviews — links to your social media profiles, your main platform, and your content niche. Social profile links and related creator information are used solely to carry out the review you requested.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically processes limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and server logs for security and delivery purposes. This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function; we do not currently use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies. If non-essential tracking tools are introduced in the future, a cookie-consent banner will be added and no such tools will load before consent.

4.Why we process your information (purposes)

We process personal information to: respond to enquiries and consultation requests; review submitted profiles and assess monetization or management opportunities; prepare for and enter into service agreements; operate, secure, and improve this website; and comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

5.Legal bases under the GDPR

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on: your consent (when you voluntarily submit a form); steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (when reviewing profiles or discussing a potential engagement); our legitimate interests (operating and securing the website, responding to business enquiries, and developing our services, balanced against your rights); and compliance with legal obligations where required.

6.Who receives your information

Your information is accessed only by Storyboard Media personnel who need it to handle your enquiry, and by service providers who support our operations: website hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, form-processing providers, and security services. These providers process information on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal information.

7.International transfers

Because we operate internationally and use established service providers, your information may be processed outside your home country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

8.How long we keep information

Enquiry and form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can follow up on opportunities and maintain business records, unless a longer period is required by law or an engagement begins (in which case retention is governed by the client agreement). Technical logs are retained for short periods consistent with security practice. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see your rights below).

9.How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to those who need it, and reputable infrastructure providers. Enquiries from creators, public figures, and talent teams are treated as confidential business communications.

10.Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; rectify inaccurate information; erase your information; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any right, email asad@storyboardmedia.us. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), www.cnil.fr.

11.Children's privacy

This website and our services are directed at adults — creators, public figures, talent teams, and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12.Third-party websites and platforms

This website contains links to third-party websites and social platforms (for example, creator profiles on Instagram or Facebook). Those services operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

13.Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.

Effective date: 2026 · Last updated: July 2026. This notice is provided for transparency and remains subject to final legal review.
